The List (so far -- please post your own experiences of sellers with sh1tty service and/or sh1ttier attitudes); check the feedback of these sellers before agreeing to buy anything from them:
BIG shout-out: eBay seller coolretrobikes4u must not be confused with Retro Bikes (who have a Heavenly Status to most, if not all, here!)!!

I had a not-so-happy experience with vtcustoms.

They sent me a damaged part (claimed it was fine in the auction). When I called them, it had been past their "7-day" return window. They were willing to send me a replacement part but I would have to pay $17 s/h.

They did send me a pair of spark plugs as a consolation prize.

I won't put them on the "bad" list ... just the "caveat emptor" list (let the buyer beware). I blame me for not checking my part sooner, I blame them for sending me a bad part and then being inflexible on their tight policy.
