Guys,

Need some help on parts for this scoot. Currently i'm restoring my 1959 NSU prima 3 star and i'm having trouble of finding parts for it, so far i already checked the net for some links where i can send some inquiry but as of now i still havent got anything. The one on the picture is my 1958 NSU prima 3 K Limited and the one i'm restoring now is almost the same as that only it got two single seat on it.

HI,
What parts are you after, the NSU was a european bike, and a lot of the parts are actually interchangeable.
I have a Heinkel and a mate with a few Puch's a lot of the parts are the same.
The NSU is also based on the series one lambretta, so some parts may be used from this bike.
I also have a few lammy's

List what you are after and I will have a rummage through my crap and see what I can find

So basically the entire top of the engine and the clutch....

the cheapest way to go might be to get an old donor engine.

This guy has a couple of NSU's for sale
http://www.scootersales.com.au/News-195 ... -sale.aspx

I would not mind betting the 80% restored one has the top of the engine and the clutch, as by the looks of it the other 20% has to be paint and cosmetics.

The site says they will ship around Australia so they should ship international.

If you have a parts manual for the NSU could you send me a picture of what the parts are that you are chasing and I will see if I have something similar, but I really think your best option is to get a donor engine at least.

Pistons can always be made, clutches can always be resurfaced...
Are these bits entirely missing from the bike?

there is a head of an NSU Quickly on German eBay

There is another one on eBay. A bit too expensive though I imagine.
