Who said it was only about Motorcycles? What else do you collect, restore, enjoy... ?

Spring grill tune up.

Post by Hotshoe » Fri Apr 27, 2012 10:37 pm

Almost ready to pull a little mixed grill off the fire this evening.
Might need a little fine tuning but just about ready for summer.

My photo is from a year or two ago. Nothin's better than grilled meat.

Pork Butt Roasts actually, and that was only one fourth of the homeade deer sausage that got rotated through as I was smoking that day. The sausage got the smoke for 2 hours, the chicken was in for 7 or 8 and the pork pushed 12 hours that day. My theory is if I'm gonna baby sit the smoker all day, I'm gonna make it worth my while.

Looking closer at your pic, I see the separate smoker box on the right side of the grill.
Next grill I buy is going to have one of those.
I bow to your mastery of the grilling/smoking art.
