Running a capacitor on my CA160. How can I save me bulbs? Is a battery the only answer? It runs great off the capacitor. Looking at ways to living without a battery and still have a brake lamp.

Replace the original rectifier with something like this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07H38C7D4/re ... 8782f7606f
It has an internal voltage regulator circuit, should save your light bulbs.
