Been gone on vacation for a week.

What I did was use an anonymiser to log in, but like you the links to the manuals didn't work through the anonymiser. So, after I got in, I took the url and copied it into my regular browser, and that worked.

However, you'll have to use the anonymiser and recopy the url everytime you log in, as it changes everytime.

Another thought -- it's been a bit of work, but I have taken each page and put it together into one large pdf file. When I finish, would you just like me to drop box it?
