Right crank case cover screws

I just called them and it is NOT available.
I entered all the cover screw sizes and quantities in their on line ordering system and the price came to $9.99 (with a couple extra thrown in)....not too bad.... then calculated the shipping........$17.00........GRRRRRRRRR!....but OK for really original parts.............then read the fine print at the bottom of the order page......"just because it says we have it DOESN'T mean we really have it, you have to call or e-mail to make sure". So I called, and sure nuff they don't.

You're right, they are now not available. It's been about a year since I tried to buy the 115's. I would still check with a local Honda dealer though. Many of them had a pretty good inventory of those.

Shipping is usually a deal breaker, but some of those online sites give a good indication of whether or not you can get it from Honda. I have been using powersportsplus.com lately - good service and much more reasonable shipping. Even better if you buy in bulk.

The 90089-259-000 bolt is only needed if you have a Leg Shield on your bike. The Leg Shield shows up in the last few pages of many (but not all) parts manuals. Normally, you would use a cross screw like the rest of the case screws, but a little longer. My 1960 Parts Manaual refers to a 6X106 screw in place of the #19 Leg Shield bolt.

You're right Brewsky.....I just got the order cancellation - they don't have the screw. I'll be checking a few more places and if I find someone that has them, I just may order a bunch and sell them! Thanks all!

I just got a confirmation e-mail back from Rimfire... http://www.rimfire-eng.com/CB77_SamplePage.htm...
and they indicate they include a 6x120 in their kit which is a panhead phillips.

I was able to get all the hardware for the side cover (including the long one) form the local Fastenall store. I think they had to order in the long one which cost me a couple of extra dollars. I ended up getting all allen head bolts though because I didn't want to deal with having to locate more screws due to stripped heads. Not original but will probably save me a headache down the road.

One thing you might want to do Kigsby, (I did this just to save a few bucks) is make a template out of that side cover gasket you ordered so you can make your own in the future.
