renovated ... i mean , complete overall , change the crank with pistons and sleeves , checked that
everything should be clean and tuned , all parts are original , not sure about the get size, i"ll check them , but i use the same one that was there before .
whatever i checked seems to be fine , have 125 compression on both sides works very good till 4000rpm , and ofcurse in neutral can go easily up to high rpm
but still the engine start getting funny noise and vibrate above 4000 rpm and cant get over 5000 at high gears ...

Funny noises bothers me. Is cam timing right. Could the valves be striking the pistons at higher revs if off by one tooth and still run okay at lower revs? Compression seems kinda low for a freshly rebuilt engine. Should be closer to 150, shouldn't it? Another indication of cam timing off? LM, do you know. I only know how a properly timed 305 will run since I only have one.
If the cam chain tensioner were not properly set and the chain was allowed to flop around, could it change the timing enough to cause something like this. Again, never ran an engine in that condition so don't know what is possible here.
Fuel starvation should not make funny noises unless it was causing some serious detonation. Funny noises is not much of a description. I make funny noises after a night of beer and steamed clams, but that's another story.
If bike ran good before and he used the same jets, I'd rule out lean mixture except for wrong float setting or a petcock screen that is partially plugged and won't flow enough gas at high RPM and thus leaning it out.
Need to do two things. First, put a better location in your profile so folks know where you are located. You might get more responses and find somebody close to you that can listen and help. On The Go is not a location. Second, you need to better describe the "funny noises". Is it a hard mechanical clatter, an engine knock, a pinging, a growl thru the carbs, what???

I set the timing as i put the T sign for the right piston sets on the high position and the point punch on the upper cam sprocket
place as parallel to the top of the engine.
in one of the time i try ed to forward it by one tooth but then the engine back firs and didn't start , however i didn't try
to put it one tooth back ...
tenssioner of the timing chain is new , and the noises can be describe as detonation doesn't sound like its from carburetor growl ,
when i drive with latest its better then advanced ignition
platine gap is now 0.4 , when i tuned it to 0.35 its getting back fire and loose power
compression by the book for new engine is 120 so mine is 125
