As with any engine, excessive oil leaks can also be caused by combustion pressure leaking past the rings and pressurizing the crankcase.

In fact, be surprised if it doesn't. If you use any sort of none setting sealant on the edge of the oilseals you're inviting them to come right back out again, don't ask me how I know!!
