Pistons CB77E

Post by Kuno » Tue Dec 28, 2004 8:17 am

My CB77E, (305cc) 1964 is prepared for Classic racing with overzised pistons (347 cc).

I need piston rings but can't identify the pistons manufacturer.

The pistons are marked with a composed AE and AM, and have cylindic lines about 1 mm deep and about 5 mm in between, all the way from top to bottom. Diameter is 64 mm.
(It might be Am. Norris pistons.)

Where can I buy piston rings.

Sounds like some one off piston to the best of my knowledge.Webco made kits for these bikes but I dont know what the spec is on um. The ring may have to be a custom deal to work on yer pistons. Try getta in touch w/ the guy on this site http://allexperts.com/displayExpert.asp?Expert=26814
he is a an EXPERT of all things 305.

georGe
