I've spoken with two classic Honda experts today and they both said that Apex Cycle looks great but suckers people in to cheap parts with no outside help. I wrote Apex Cycle tonight to try and have them take their product off their site and explained my situation with this email:

It was a bit rough around the edges in language and spelling (gotta love iPhone emails!), but I had just lost my SECOND motor due to their valves. Despite my slight decrease in politeness, I have never before gotten a response from a business like this (excuse the language-- it's not mine anyway):

This is totally unacceptable to me. My father is the CEO of a large company and he and I together run a corporation. I would NEVER imagine responding to any customer email like that, regardless of the topic. I would like to make sure NOBODY buys from this guy. As promised, I'd like to run him and his business to the ground. The Honda world doesn't need this kind of business. Please spread the word best you can (other sites would be fantastic).
