My son bought a CA77 and is really enjoying riding it. When it is cold the clutch slips when he first lets the the lever out. It is fine after the lever is out and after it warms up it doesn't seem to slip at all. We greased the clutch adjuster in the side case and lubed the cable. Any other ideas?
I wasn't able to figure out search terms that gave me less than 2,000 hits. Would appreciate any help.

Re: Clutch slips when cold
Turn cable adjusters in all the way.
On right case loosen the bolt with a 10mm wrench.
Turn the large gray adjuster left/right a couple of times.
Turn it right to stop then back 1/8 inch.
Adjust the lever for apx. 3/8-1/2 inch slack. .............lm

Slipping clutch
Thanks, Ed. I had made sure everything was moving, but not the way you described. I will do as you have outlined and report the progress.
