From previous messages the parts offered have not been worth the price and usually the quality is poor also. ...............lm

I've had good service from Tom, but he obviously needs to rethink his customer liaison over these rims. I bought a wheel true stand from him and (separately) a tail flipper that got sent to my bank (my billing address) here in Spain by mistake -- my fault, returned to him and he mailed it right out again to the correct delivery address, no charge. I got a good pair of rims, and spoke set, from TC (vintage_001 on eBay); good chrome, nicely made from heavy guage steel with the spoke holes at the correct angles! Friendly guy, great service too.
