Kick and Clutch !

Hi All
I am in need of a kick start Joint 28241-259-000 (the splinedknuckle that fits through the side cover)

and a clutch rod 22850-259-010 ( the push rod)

This has a major worn section where it moves through the oil seal therefore creating a self lubricating chain !!!

Has anyone had any luck biulding up the diameter and machining ? Maybe with a metal spray?
