Bulletproof motor?
Seperated the head from the cylinder on motor CL77E-1065793 last night and discovered one of the knock pins (90707-259-000) seemed just a tad loose. Lifted it out and laughed for 5 minutes. See photo. Also discovered why they may have used a substitute as I havn't been able to find a NOS replacement yet. ![Image]()

Ahhh, crafty tech used a bullet casing for a barrel sleeve. Impressive! lol You can have one made at a local machine shop I'm sure. Or buy that cool lathe From Harbor Freight and see if it can make one for you! 8-) Either way, that casing is a keeper. Part of the bikes history now.
