The bolt with the phillips head is the correct one.

Right crank case cover screws
Again - Why not just order the right screws from Honda? The 115mm screw retails for $1.16 and you can get it online for 70 cents. I wouldn't order it online by itself, but geez, don't pay to have one made.

I went to a Honda dealer and bought all the screws for both crank cases. They said that one wasn't available any more. In the parts book, it shows the part # as 90089-259-000 Bolt, left leg shield under. The link you showed is for a CB77 but it looks like the bolt I need. I'm just confused because the parts book screw (# 19 in the picture) looks nothing like the one I pulled off the bike. It isn't a pan head screw. It looks like a bolt with a nut at the end.

Please let us know if they actually have it...thanksKigsboy wrote:Thank you Loud! That was driving me crazy! I didn't know if the part book was wrong or if the bolt that was in there was wrong. I couldn't figure out why they would use a bolt with threads showing instead of a pan head. I'm going to order the 6x115 panhead screw.
