1963 Dream Newbie
Hi everyone. I've been trying to find some info on a bike I just picked up. Badging says 300 Dream and the stamp on the frame says cb77-310158 and the motor is stamoed cb77e-310137. I've been told it's called a Superhawk and that's what I've seen but what makes it a Superhawk? I'll try to attach pics, it came with an Emgo Midland "Viking" fairing which I was told was only made for one year 1964. I also need a tank for it in decent shape. I have some cars and some other bikes but I haven't had anything as old as this. I got it running but we're going to rebuild the top end. It was hung in some rafters of a garage in 1973 and I toolkit down 2 weeks ago. I really appreciate any help you guys can give me. Thanks dave

Re: 1963 Dream Newbie
Good find you have 1963 SUPERHAWK.
It has a 305cc engine so the design by HONDA and the engine size makes it a SUPERHAWK.
The badge you have was used on DREAM, SCRAMBLER and SUPERHAWKS with the 305cc engines to some time around 1964/65.
Then the badge was changed to HONDA 300. ..................lm

Very cool I figured it was something like that. Is there any market for those fairings? I haven't decided what I'm doing yet but I was thinking of selling the fairing to help fiancé the bike. Is there anywhere to find a tank, or just pretty much eBay? I saw another member had posted a bunch of sites, that was a big help. Thanks again dave

Thank you for the new pic.
First I don't know of the demand for any faring.
No doubt it has value to someone. (eBay?)
This bike is a 63 as for numbers but has the parts usually found on the 62 bikes so isn't the usual 63 bike.
It has been customized with the paint for sure. ...............lm
