Fender removal

Post by Todd » Thu Dec 07, 2017 12:50 pm

Hello there, new to these bikes, do not have manual yet.
Picked up 65 dream for daughters Christmas present. Gotta remove front fender for a little metal work. How? Do all 3 bolt on side of forks, shroud come out, or just bottom two?. Thanks much in advance. Have to yank SOON.

Remove the front wheel. The bottom two bolts on the front fork come out, along with the two bolts holding the fender strut at the bottom rear of the fender. The top two bolts on the front fork hold the fork to the steering stem.
