I would get the motor mounted before anything else. The shift pedal and linkage can be put on all at once and that obviously requires the engine to be there. You'll want the access to the mounting nuts and bolts also. I don't think the right side pedal or the aluminum forgings will be in your way, but I've never tried it like that.

Hi HT and 48
Thanks for the info. i'll get cracking on the motor. Even though i have 150 psi on both sides, i am still going to pull the top end and have a look. I can't do a nice detail job on the motor without pulling it anyway.
My swingarm was so tight with those aftermarket bronze bushings i installed a set of thin poly washers on the inners. I did have room for the original outers however. If i start getting grease spurting out i will have to rethink my remedy. I really appreciate the guidance.
My 4into1 shocks showed up today. They look real nice. i plan on painting the covers black. And, they have 5 settings.

Mufflers
Does anyone recognize this manufacturer? I have a pair of Overlanders ordered but a set of these became available so I bought them. Assuming Barry comes through with my order I will have two sets of new mufflers. I guess that means i will have to build another bike.
The top muffler is my original.

Judging by the rust on the baffle, these have been sitting around for a while.
