Oh Heck, Thanks Dick. I need to slow down. I am starting another project so I am interested in your swing arm and any other parts you have to sell or swap. I do have a pretty decent set of original mufflers if you are interested in them.
I bought this Harbor Freight blast cabinet the other day. It was about 159.00 with coupon and discount. It took me a couple hours to assemble and putting it together was kind of fun. I bought a tank to supply the sand and it included a water trap.

Here are two pictures of the mufflers i would like to trade for parts for a Hawk or Super Hawk project. I posted big pics so you can see the rust flecks. There is no rust through. All I have so far for the new project are mufflers, a nice original paint frame and a center stand. I'd like to trade for something hard to ship like a motor or hard to find things like a seat and a tank. I'm not going to start working on this one right now but I would like to start collecting parts.
I'm away for a few days but I'd be happy to bring the mufflers over to your place when I get back so you can decide what if anything you'd be willing to trade for them.

My replacement swing arm arrived today. I compared it to the original and the replacement is wider. There is a slight wrinkle in the cross member of the original swing arm. The shop that pressed out the old bushings told me they had a heck of a time getting them out. Their struggle combined with the wrinkle and the space difference leads me to believe the shop slightly crushed the original swing arm during the process of removing the bushes. Or, I suppose, I could of done it when I pressed in the bronze bushes, and I would be willing to bet it's the amateurs fault not the pro. The replacement swing arm fits nicely.

I traded the mufflers for a seat. It is a NOS aftermarket seat from Thailand and the trim is metal. I think it will look pretty nice.

I have a question about the used seat in the pictures. Is it a SuperHawk Seat?

Also, here are some pictures of the CMS and Overlander Mufflers. They both have round mounting holes but I'm not ready to test fit them. I hope they fit.
