Michael, Thanks for straightening me out. I got stuck on the 5 digits preceded by the "A" and couldn't get off of the 1960 idea.
timothy, Your DMV should straighten the 2 "A"'s issue when you get your title. They will only issue a title that matches your frame number. You should probably be able to print out Michael's comment for documentation.
