Thanks for that info.
This is possibly the wrong clutch cable?
I ordered the 1964 and up cable, but maybe they sent the wrong part and this is a 1963 and earlier part.

Finally got some time to work on the bike last night.

It appears the clutch cable is about 2 inches longer than a stock 64 cable (we had another 64 dream to compare to) so I was sold an earlier model cable by mistake.

I greased the connection inside the case and copied the adjustments on the correctly operational bike and the cable is working much better. Its still a little sticky in comparison but the part was original so maybe will loosen up with time.

Just for information - the 150cc CA95 was not called a Dream (although some refer to it as a baby Dream) - it's official name was the Benly.....
