Hi
Seamless means that the welded seam along the length of the muffler is made 'invisible' and doesn't stand up like the original. It looks better quality but doesn't look 'right' as Steve said
I have the Overlander mufflers and a pair from Tim McDowell. In my opinion the Overlander ones are much better quality and better value. Althogh the general shape is good, the welds on Tim's repros are not very attractive and tooling marks are visible through the chrome plating.
The Overlander mufflers have built in baffle / diffuser so not perfect replicas. They do look wonderful, though.

LOL, Vince! I'm sure you're absolutlely right (you have the personal experience), but it's my quirky way of talking myself out of spending a further seventeen hundred quid!!Vince Lupo wrote:Hey don't knock it if you haven't tried it! ;)e3steve wrote: I feel it detracts from the bike's character -- as does a 5-speed 'box
