Rubber foot pegs for '65 CL77 PN 50731-256-000

Looking for OEM or aftermarket rubber pillon for a 1965 CL77 (PN 50731-256-000).

These have the rectangular interior that slip onto the peg.

Honda has discontinued these.

Does anyone know of another model whose Pillon will fit the CL77?
