What is this thing???

Hi everyone. I had a guy email pictures of this bike. He said it is a S90 but I don't think I've seen a S90 like this one. The guy said it has a 90 cc engine but it sure got the looks of a Benly or Dream. Any ideas on what this beast could be? Thanks

I think that's a C200, which is a 90cc (87cc to be exact).

Definately a C200 - a very nice little bike.
