I don't know if a SH engine will fit a Dream frame, though I suspect the dual carbs would cause it not to, but I wouldn't write off the SH just because it has no front end. I'm betting there is trashed out frame somewhere with a good front end that would help in getting the Superhawk back on the road.

thanks !.. i took your advice and i bought two superhawk bikes .. for $400 but now all the engines seem to be stuck ... im not sure if theyre worth restoring but ill try ... i dont know much about motorcycles in general .. thats why this forum is so great! but if anyone can tell me what year they are it would be greatly appreciated... the numbers i found were 1027230 and 1010142 ... ill try to post pics later and hopefully it was a fair deal.

as far as stuck engines. this forums general consensus so far as i can tell is that a little bit of soaking with oil can go a long ways. I wouldn't rule the engines out until after you'd let them soak for a week or so.
