#1 pos is prime/no spark
#2 is off
#3 is start
#4 is run/lights on
#5 is parking lights engine off

Can you tell it is raining here all day and am bored????I guess you had it in the #1 position before? That gap is ok.This web site is what rocks. You should still read some of the old posts. If you get the rebuild kit from keyster it will have different jets which can cause you fits to tune in possibly.Mainly running rich. You may want to stick with the stock jets and main needle.May want to also get some carb dip and tear the carb apart and soak it until you get your kit.I was one of many that threw the kit in my carb and had problems from the start due to fouling plugs.I am now using the float needle and gasket only from the kit and using the original slow jet, but I did bump up to a 125 main jet.Lots of this info is in the old posts. You should get Bill Silvers restoration CD.Good luck.
