Tank Knee Grips

Post by toastyhamster » Tue Dec 16, 2008 12:36 pm

Anybody heard of anybody that has got any NOS or even anybody does a repro set? Had my tank painted and the chrome replated, so don't want to spoil it with my scruffy rubber grips.

TH,
You may want to check out Clauss Studios & Manufacturing. Web site http://www.claussstudios.com. I have gotten rubber repro parts for CB fuel tank mounts and they are excellent. CliffC

Nutt, I just e-mailed clauss studios, and they have a repro pair for $125 for CL77s. Not cheap, but pretty much unobtanium otherwise.

Nick at www.ohiocycle.com has good quality repro pads at $45 each side. I bought a set from him a couple of years ago.

ohiocycle won't ship outside the US, which is very inconvenient, as I see they have the fork shrouds in that I need.
