Old Bike Warehouse = Bad Service

I just wanted to post my thoughts on this particular mail order business. I have ordered from them three times now but never again. The first time it took three months to fill my order, the second only a month and a half. Most recently, I ordered a few items a month and a half ago. After waiting this long I finally heard from them on Friday. They cancelled my order - why, I have no idea. I wrote them back and said I would never use their service again. I truly don't know how a company can stay in business giving such bad service.
