WTB: Honda CB77 (around DC)

Looking for my next project/daily rider. WTB Honda CB77 - would like for something to be within a days driving distance of DC instead of having to ship.

Looking for:
title
decent enough condition - doesn't have to be matching numbers or excellent (it will be a city bike after all), but no rusty pieces of junk brought up from the bottom of a lake
runs - sure. would be easier to start with a running bike.

don't need:
show winner
new paint
low miles/garage queen.

In the end I'm just looking for a fairly priced honest bike.
