What thinks ye?

Cleaned carburetor super clean, installed new Keyster carb kit (35 and 120 jets), checked float level and finally inspected mounting block, nuts, O rings for air leak. Now runs hotter on R. cylinder than left (220 vs 165) and backfires occasionally. Idle mix screw is 1 1/8 out. Needle clip is on third slot from bottom. Only part I could not install was the idle mix spring and kit did not come with small O ring or gasket for idle speed adjustment screw. Checked tension leads, plugs, timing, and points...all indicate OK. Previously both cylinders were within 10 degrees or less of each other at all times measured off exhaust headers. I'm thinking needle clip needs raising (leaner)??

Running with no baffles and metal air pod filter.

Input appreciated.

Plugs fouled (again)....cleaned both and runs pretty good but mild hesitance in mid range.

Will check again and lean needle or adj. float as applicable.

Headers indicate within 7 degrees temp of each other.
