Is my CA77 Dream running an over bore motor?

I just removed the head and cylinder on my 1964 Dream and measured the bore with a caliper and it is just under 63 cm.... and I expected to see just over 60 cm. One of the pistons is marked on the side with CB77.
I don't know much about cylinders etc but these look a little thin to me.

Anyone have any clue to what have going on here?

What numbers are on the top of the piston?. .....lm

Pistons say Japan 3.00 on the tops. That's all I can find.

You've got a 63mm big bore kit installed some time in the past, so yes, your liners would look a little thin. 4th over on a 305 is 61mm.

Interesting. So since I need to freshen it up with new pistons and rings what, if anything can I do? One cylinder has a little wear so I will need to bore this out. Can I go a little larger with these cylinders? Are there any pistons and rings to fit?

Might be simpler to get a replacement barrel or liners. You then have a lot of options to work with.
