65 ca77 dream 305

i just got my 1965 CA77 dream 305 delivered today.i knew first thing would be checking out the carbs well i can't belive there's only 1 carburetor is this possible i am blown away.i need some advise

you talk to much LOUD MOUSE ha ha.so really thats all the bike should have is just 1 carb.
