63 Dream tail light issue

When wiring up my 63 Dream taillight I noticed when the key is off and when i push down on the rear break the light will activate. When the key is on or the motor is running the light won't activate when the rear break is push down. I have Looked this wiring over and over and can't figure it out... any help would be gratefully accepted....Gear

Check your wiring diagram and find the BATTERY SOURCE.
It may come from the wires in the headlight as that is where the switch is. .......................lm
