Will the front wheel clear a Harbor Freight Wheel Chock?

Post by stepper » Wed Apr 27, 2016 8:15 am

Quick question for you guys...
I had recently purchased a Harbor Freight Wheel Chock and mounted it to an 18x36 sheet of wood in preparation for picking up my Dream on Friday.

The rig will be strapped down in the back of an Enterprise rental van and everything looks good to go.

But does anybody know if the front fender will clear the typical wheel chock?
I will measure the height the chock when I get home for lunch.

Thanks!
Jason

I have a couple of those same wheel chocks. I can't remember for sure but I don't think the rear part clears the fender. Not a big deal, just take out the 2 bolts and remove that flip up part. Still works fine as a wheel chock.

I was thinking of getting one of these chocks. Has anyone definitely used one of these type Cradle/Chocks with a 305 Dream? Will it hit the fender? If you remove that rear part, it kind of defeats the whole purpose of using the cradle type.
