Bike is a later model 65-on(?) There is a white label on the wiring harness under then tank. That's usually a good guide for date of manufacture.
Evidence is aluminum fork slider and lip up seat.
Definitely modified scramble pipes. Factory would have fitted low level pipes with mufflers.
