which side does the bolt/ground wire go?

does anyone know where this goes?
see pic.
it connects to the engine mount/ slash kick stand bracket i believe. but does it go on the right side or left side and where does the ground wire attach to.
i cant seem to find it in the parts manual.

that part doesn't belong on the bike at all. take it off. the correct ground strap connects to the left rear upper motor mount, next to the battery tray and is the only ground strap Honda put on these bikes.

thanks Randy, that's what i thought.
must be the ground strap from the superhawk engine.
just an extra piece.
all that left now is the carbs and exhaust and figureing out why the headlight does light and i'm good to go.

On the CB77, it goes form the front top engine mount bolt, to the coil bracket.
