CB92 Problem

Post by mtsax305 » Tue Jul 17, 2012 10:13 am

I believe my CB92 has developed a new problem. When the throttle is opened up all the way the bike bogs out. This is especially true in the higher gears. I've noticed that if I develop the RPM's slowly, then it will allow me to open it up. Is it supposed to run like this or is there a problem? Thanks

I'm no CB92 expert, but the same thing happens on my early CB72 with powerjet carbs. It gets to a certain RPM then gets really rich (others have noticed a black puff of smoke). If you fid an answer, pass it on! Paul
