Anyone have an extra 'top of the pancake' disc with the compression spring which sits atop the stack of rubber discs? That's all I need to get my Dream back on the road. Ideally, it would be great to have two new rubber discs with the fuel holes also, but I can probably use the old ones if necessary. None of the suppliers have these items anymore.
Any tips on makeshift repairs/bodges also appreciated.
If all else fails I may have to weld a mount to the tank for a conventional petcock.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Help Needed! Dream petcock parts.....
I found the genuine petcock to be problematic and have used all my spare parts. Looks like ebay has a variety of spares - mainly from Thailand. CMSNL also seem to have some parts listed.
After several attempts at the genuine petcock, I replaced it with one of the ebay conversion kits that swap it to a more conventional petcock - no welding required. I think these are a bit uglier, but seem to be far more functional and reliable. Others will probably disagree.
Good luck with it. It would be great to see another one on the road.

Thanks for the info. "Problematic" is the right word, though I never had any problem with it when I was riding the bike daily. But I let it sit too long outside and.....
Found the petcock plate in Thailand, that's all that's needed. We'll see if this fixes it. Will fab a new mount to accept a more modern conventional petcock if necessary.
