I've seen different tooth variations for both the drive and hub sprocket. Something like 13 and 14 tooth for the drive and a few options for the hub sprocket as well.
Are there speed/acceleration advantages by using different combos? Anything noticeable or just barely measurable?

Very noticable in deed. I can't speak for the others, but for the cl, stock is 15/37. I wanted longer legs for the road so I went with 16/36 and it made for a nice combination for country roads. 35 to 50 mph. I got bored last fall and started throwing parts at a frame to create a dirt trail only bike and didn't really like the stock gears for this application so I installed a 13/41 set for a slower performance. Lots more low speed torque. We'll see how I like it if it ever lets up on the wet crap falling on my bald head. We'll see,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Rusty

Standard CB77 sprockets are 15/30. I couldn't find a 15, but plenty of 16s, so I went with 16/32 (which is identical final drive to 15/30).

I've got 14/34 on my CL77. Makes for a decent road set up.

Nope. Not off the top of my head, at least. And I can't find the crankshaft & clutch sprockets' tooth count data without my w/s manual which is at my garage which is a way away and I'm in bed (and, breathe......!).
CB & CL have the same primary drive so, if you have a clutch basket and a crankshaft sprocket to hand, count the teeth and divide the clutch basket count by the crank sprocket count; the resultant figure is the 'Primary Gear' ratio.
