specs of the stock CB72/77 coils?

What is the resistance of the stock coils?
I'm looking at Sudco 12V, 5 ohm coils as replacements.

Hi Beth

Just put a meter across three coils.

Readings: 4.1, 4.5 and 4.9 Ohms.

You should be OK with 5 Ohm coils.
