I don't need one but it looks interesting.

Pretty Interesting G-Man
I haven't seen their fender but I did look at their eBay store (Thailand) and they sell 63 CB77 items, which of course doesn't mean they all actually fit. The two items that jumped out at me most were an alloy rim set, but is it really a CB77 front rim or for a CB160? And, the the knee grips. It is interesting that they categorize their items as replica, exact replica, retro, and NOS. They call the fender and knee grips exact replicas.

Why oh why do I see this stuff just AFTER I've spent time & effort cobbling up plugs, moulds etc. to make my own.

I realise that there's a small market so they're a bit pricey ( for me anyway ) so I think I'd still have done it 'my' way, & since I already had a small bit to use as a guide/section, that replicas section looks a tad 'round' to me, I'm of the opinion that the original is a bit 'flatter' in the centre.
AND, I have the mould now so can make more very cheaply!!

Modelman

Yours looks perfect to me. Though it must have taken some effort to tool up and make those in steel.
