Hi Geeky
Are you looking to freshen up the appearance (spring covers) or do a complete rebuild of the damper unit ?
Almost anyone could do the first but the second is a bit harder.

I do my own and there is a guy in the UK who offers it as a service, but I would never be tempted to do it for anyone else as it's too time consuming. Quite satisfying but just takes too much time.

G-man thanks for the reply.
I just needed the internals rebuilt. My 305's were repainted when I did the original cosmetics 10 years ago. The CB160 is being left with the original patina.
I don't have the time anymore to do stuff like this, it's one of the last things I had to do a couple of years ago to make them road worthy.
I already installed replacements on the 160 with the intension of getting the originals rebuilt.

305 dream rear shocks
I recently saw an ad on ebay where a company was selling rebuilt and rechromed rear shocks for the 305 dream for $299, unfortunately I didn't save the info and now I'm having a hard time trying to find them. Can anybody help?
