Hi Everyone
I've been rueing the day I took the frame to the powder coater without noticing the damaged center stand mounting holes. If I would of noticed the problem beforehand I would of simply welded the holes and drilled new ones. In the aftermath I first planned to save the powder coat by avoiding the heat of welding by drilling the holes out to accommodate a set of bushes. The problem with doing the repair this way was that the holes were so damaged I wouldn't have enough material left to provide a strong mounting point.
Today I decided to weld up the holes and drill new ones.

My NOS swing arm pin arrived yesterday. It was way too expensive to call it a bolt.

I am hopeful I can have the bike on two wheels in the next few days.

Center Stand holes are now repaired. I hope to paint the area tonight and install the swingarm and center stand in the next few days.
