BK, assuming that you've not done so already, buy a kit; you can never have too many gaskets for those 'little jobs', especially for the camchain tensioner and clutch cover.
A copper head gasket, once compressed, should be discarded when removed. Don't take a chance if your bike is as precious to you as most of ours are to us all! It's inconvenient, at best, if it fails ANYWHERE; tragic, at worst. My philosophy? If you do a job properly in the first place, then you only do it once!!
