Upon routine tune-up & inspection I found the stator winding's to be loose, so I am looking for a viable stator to purchase.
Thank you.

If the stator is still working OK you should be able to fix it. The coils are basically held in place by two thin steel tabs bent outwards over the coils,
Try tapping these back into place Gently to see if this helps, You could also fix them in place using a thin epoxy resin mix poured into the space around the coils, not to much and perhaps only one or two coils at a time to let gravity help the stuff get where t's needed.
Why not give it a try as you don't have much to loose.

The winding is a coil. In the middle is a steel part with tabs on the inside and outside of the steel. ..............lm
