I Need Help with Valve Adjustments

This is my first post here. I would like to ask if anybody has detailed instructions on how to do the valve adjustments for a 1964 honda dream 305. I'm good with my hands, but have never done a valve adjustment job and am not sure where to begin with my dream (pun intended) Your help is appreciated!
