I am attaching a photo of a set of $40.00 scrambler handlebars I bought from JC Whitney compared to my original rusted set. Pull back is not exact and I am going to have to take a couple of inches off of each end, but pretty close. If I collect enough aluminum cans over the winter I may get the originals re chromed, but pretty close is good for the budget right now.
