as I mentioned in my other post, I just purchased a 1964 305 Dream with less than 600 original miles. All original parts, 2 owners, runs well.
It is my first bike. I am a complete novice, but I'm excited to learn more. Does anyone have a compareable bike? How much did you pay? How much would this bike typically go for? I know that is a broad question, but 'm interested in hearing a few opinions because I haven't found a lot of comps out there that are in a similar condition.
Thanks in advance.

My brother purchased 65 Dream for $300 in 1970 in Strongsville, Ohio.
Gave it to me when he went to Nam.
I gave it to my Dad when I moved to Florida in 73.
He gave it to friend, and so on, and so on.
7 years ago my daughter was racing karts in Circleville, Ohio so I tracked the bike down to a barn in Strongsville (sat there, under hay, since 75).
The current owner had forgotten that it was even there and said I could have it back.
Interesting that the title was still in my Dad's name.
Brought is to Florida in our karting trailer and did a "self-restore".
Found a ex-restorer in Ocala, Florida with a ton of new and used parts and bought it all for $300.
So, over 38 years we have $600 in her.
