puttin miles on the dream, pre-trip pics of bike loaded down
Anybody got any trip reports/stories or pictures of riding adventures a couple hundred miles or even several hundred miles on their Dreams?? pics of your dream loaded?? or at least a sleeping bag and some beer?? I know the dream is only a 305 but I have heard of old schoolers on 160's and 250's camping up and down the coast .....reliably even, ......one guy I spoke with rode his 305 dream out of San Fran up highway 1 and on to the lost coast and and up thru the big redwoods and all the way up north into southern Oregon and back.... with NO problems........ are these 45 year old bikes capable and still reliable enough if in good shape to take on these such adventures say.............next month maybe??

I took mine on a 1200 mile trip around Lake Superior. We cheated though and had a chase vehicle. Never needed it and we loaded it up with bikes we bought along the way. It was nice to just throw the tents and bags in the trailer and not pack everything on the bike in the morning.

Check out http://mysite.verizon.net/hondacub/index-2.html Pretty cool story about two guys riding coast to coast on CB77s in 2004.
