1966 CB77E Kick Starter 14mm bushing

I have a barn fresh 66 Superhawk. I am getting part from everywhere but I can't find the kick starter shaft 14mm bushing. Does anyone have an idea on where I can find one?

THERE ARE THREE 14MM BUSHINGS THAT SUPORT THE KICK STARTER SHAFT, I HAVE ALL THREE, WHICH ONE ARE YOU LOOKING FOR. THERE IS A 14MM BUSHING ON EITHER END AND ONE THAT GOES INSIDE THE LOW GEAR ON THE FAR LEFT

The bushing that I need is on the low gear end of the kick starter shaft (Far Left). It is the bushing that holds the shaft in the case not the bushing inside of the gear. How much do you want for the part?
